Amber Stevens West reveals she and husband Andrew J. West are expecting their second child

Amber Stevens West announced on her Instagram story that she is pregnant with her second child by her husband Andrew J. West.

The 34-year-old star of Greek shared a heartwarming Instagram album of herself with her man and their two-year-old daughter Ava Laverne.

In one sweet snap Amber’s cradled her bump with one hand while she and Andrew swung Ava playfully in the air between them.

Another picture showed the Carmichael Show actress glowing with happiness as she wrapped both arms around her belly.

She revealed in her caption that she discovered she was pregnant five months ago during filming on her upcoming Starz sitcom Run The World.

‘While in NY shooting @runtheworldstarz I was also working on another project and in the early morning of Nov 22, @andrewjwest birthday, we confirmed that second project was a success!’ Amber wrote.

‘We acknowledge how incredibly lucky we are to get pregnant and have access to excellent pre and postnatal care which is why we are making a donation to Black Mamas Matter Alliance to help ensure more women, especially women of color, have the opportunity to have healthy families,’ she added.

Andrew and Amber met playing love interests on the college dramedy Greek which ran on ABC Family from 2007 until 2011.

Amber, who graduated from Beverly Hills High School and whose father used to host American Top 40, married her man in 2014.

She was pregnant with Ava while filming the sitcom Happy Together opposite Damon Wayans so ‘we had to get creative hiding my belly,’ she shared.

Amber, whose mother Beverly Cunningham was once a model, told MEFEater: ‘It got harder and harder the bigger I got, but we just had fun on set.’

She added: ‘It was like who cares we’re just having fun making a great TV show, who cares if we’re hiding a pregnancy. It was fun, and I’d totally do it again.’
