Ashlee Simpson tenderly cradles her burgeoning baby bump in chic maternity dress
Ashlee Simpson draped her baby bump in a black maternity dress in a pair of new snaps she posted to Instagram on Saturday.
The 35-year-old singer is currently expecting her second baby by her husband Evan Ross and her third child overall.
She treated the camera to her radiant smile and cradled her belly in the Instagram pictures, which were an ad for ClearBlue.

In one of the pictures she held up one of the brand’s digital pregnancy tests and wore an expression of absolute delight.
‘Thanks to the reliability and clarity of the @clearblue digital pregnancy test, I am happily enjoying my 3rd pregnancy!’ she gushed into the caption.
‘I can’t wait to spend some time with my growing family tomorrow as we tune-in to the @vmas at 8PM ET!’ Ashlee went on.
When she was pregnant with her firstborn son Bronx, 11, she attended the 2008 MTV Video Music Awards in a flowing Alexander McQueen gown.

Ashlee reflected on that moment while appearing in a video Instagram ad for ClearBlue on Friday, wearing the same outfit as in her Saturday album.
She shared that pregnancy ‘definitely feels like a different experience this time around, though, I mean with everything going on in the world.’
The sister of Jessica Simpson said: ‘I can remember with my first pregnancy I was out and about. I remember I went to the 2008 VMAs. I was eight months pregnant.’
Ashlee quipped: ‘I can definitely say that this baby won’t be seeing any red carpets. It may never even leave the house.’

She added: ‘But seriously it is a stressful time to be pregnant. I know that you moms out there to be can definitely relate.’
Ashlee shares Bronx with her first husband Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy fame whom she was married to from 2008 until 2011.
Three years after their divorce she married Diana Ross’ son Evan and they welcomed their daughter Jagger, who is now five years old.
Ashlee announced her current pregnancy at the end of April in another Instagram ad for ClearBlue, this one co-starring Evan.
