Ava DuVernay has placed her four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bathroom Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2.47 million as the year winds down.
The 48-year-old Selma director has placed for sale the Los Angeles home, which spans 3,600 sq. feet, which she initially purchased the property in May of 2017 for $1.9 million, Variety reported.
The When They See Us creator’s home was built nearly 60 years ago and has been under major renovations two times, in the 1980s, and 2000s.
