A California-based actress has detailed her surprising experience babysitting Elon Musk’s triplets, describing them as ‘health-conscious’ boys who were ‘well-behaved.’
Ai Yamato shared the childcare story on TikTok, explaining that she was actually babysitting for another family when Musk’s sons came for a sleepover.
She had spent the entire overnight caring for them while they hung by the pool, played video games, and asked to get dinner at Whole Foods before she learned about their famous father.

Forty-nine-year-old Elon Musk’s youngest child, eight-month-old X Æ A-Xii — whom he shares with musical artist Grimes — seems to get most of the headlines thanks to his bizarre name and pair of famous parents, but Elon has five other children with his ex-wife Justine.
The pair have 17-year-old twin sons, Griffin and Xavier, and 15-year-old triples, Kai, Saxon, and Damian.
Responding to a TikTok prompt about one-in-a-million stories, Yamato recalled the time she watched the triplets, explaining that she was babysitting two girls she’d watched before when she met the unexpected visitors.
‘So, one day, I went to babysit these two kids who I’ve been babysitting for quite a while. And the mom informed me that the two kids were having a sleepover with three other kids.
‘And it was a three-day job, so I was there for three days in a row,’ she said.

‘And the three kids who came over for the sleepover were triplets. And the whole day, you know, they were at the pool hanging out and they’re playing video games — specifically Mario Kart.
‘Thank God, the dad was working form home, so I wasn’t, like, in charge of five kids.
‘We all went to dinner at Whole Foods. These kids were very health-conscious at such a young age. I was expecting a Johnny Rockets or something, but they were like, “No, let’s go to Whole Foods.”‘
After dinner, they went back home and called it a night.
Overall, she described them as ‘well-behaved,’ saying one in particular was ‘very bubbly and energetic.’
‘So, the triplets get picked up, and the girl who I was babysitting failed to inform me that they were Elon Musk’s triplets,’ she said.

That wasn’t Yamato’s only celebrity encounter that week.
‘So once the triplets leave, I’m like, “Well, back to my ordinary, boring a** life,”‘ she recalled.
But it wasn’t over. A couple hours later, a cousin of the girls she was babysitting came over to play, and Yamato made him eggs and toast.
Later, while she was talking to her charges’ father, he asked her, ‘Do you know Charlie Sheen?’
The dad then told her that the cousin who came over was Charlie Sheen’s son with Brooke Mueller, a now-11-year-old named Bob.
Bob has a twin brother named Max, and three older half sisters.
