But the stars of Channel 10’s dating franchise proved on Wednesday that you don’t need love to have a good time.
A group of reality TV rejects were spotted enjoying a boozy picnic at Sydney’s Centennial Park, with several getting tipsy before midday.

Jessica Brody, from Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor, looked rather merry as she chatted to her co-stars.
The heavily tattooed 30-year-old looked stylish in a black crop top and denim shorts, which she paired with a cap and sunglasses.
Sogand Mohtat, from the same season, also kept things casually chic in a black-and-white patterned shirt and white shorts.

They were joined by several men from Becky and Elly Miles’ season of The Bachelorette, including Pascal Wallace and Rudy El Kholti.
Pascal, 33, was carrying a box of Taylor Estate Riesling wine as he arrived.
Shannon Karaka, Adam Todd and Trent Cray – who are all living together in a Bondi unit, also stopped by for a good time.

Once everyone was settled, the reality stars shared a toast over their picnic.
At one stage, Juliette Herrera, from Locky Gilbert’s season of The Bachelor, playfully wrestled Jessica to the ground.
Trent, who flew in from Perth on Monday, looked happy to be reuniting with some of his co-stars for the first time since leaving the Bachelorette mansion earlier this year.

Trent’s arrival in Sydney comes just days after he quit his job as a finance broker.
He recently told his Instagram followers that it was his ‘dream’ to relocate to Bondi.
‘When I was 21, I packed my stuff and moved to London which was the best two years ever. Fast forward 10 years, I’m doing it again,’ he wrote.
