Billie Eilish has ‘filed restraining order against man who has been threatening her from outside her house with notes and gestures’

Billie Eilish has filed a restraining order against a man who has allegedly been harassing and threatening her with scary notes and gestures nearby her Los Angeles home for the last six months.

Eilish has sought a restraining order against John Hearle, a man she claims has been camping out at a school across her home, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ

The 19-year-old alleges she has been bombarded with threatening and disturbing letters sent from Hearle, and claims he has even made a ‘throat-slitting’ move upon seeing her.

Eilish claimed to have received one hair-raising note from Hearle reading, ‘You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me … You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die … You will die.’

The singer alleges she has been watched entering and exiting her home by Hearle, who always tells her something or makes some sort of gesture to her – including the throat-slitting motion.

Eilish claims she becomes anxious every time she returns home with the knowledge of Hearle’s presence.

The singer also fears for the safety of herself and her family.

She wants Hearle to stay at least 200 yards away from her and her parents.

The LAPD is reportedly investigating the matter, but has not made any arrests, law enforcement sources have told the website.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Eilish says Hearle has caused ’emotional injury including fear for my safety, fear for the safety of my family, and loss of my sense of peace and tranquility and security in my home and‚ personal space resulting from the repeated instances of harassment.’

She also said, ‘I no longer feel safe going outside my home and enjoying basic physical exercise in my neighborhood, as he could attempt to approach and hurt me.’

‘Every time I see him I just want to scream,’ the singer concluded.

She claims he has been sleeping on school steps and ‘perching’ himself at the top of the building’s chainlink fence in order to look inside the privacy wall of her residence.

The alleged harassment has been occurring since August, and a judge has yet to rule on the matter, according to The Blast.
