Billionaire Kylie Jenner breaks ground on $15M five-acre lot to build a mega mansion in Hidden Hills

She earned billionaire status through her various brands.

And Kylie Jenner is breaking ground on the mega-mansion of her dreams after purchasing a five-acre dirt lot last year for $15milllion. 

The 23-year-old cosmetics queen has plans to build a massive 18,000-square-foot home near her mom Kris and sister Khloe Kardashian in the celebrity enclave of Hidden Hills, according to Variety.

Through the off-market, all-cash sale of the property in May 2020, design plans were approved for a ’12-car garage, guesthouse, barn, guard shack for a full-time security detail, sports court and a pool.’  

Kylie is not the only A-lister who has purchased the property as Miley Cyrus had bought it in 2015 for her horses, but never built a home on the land as she sold it three years later.  

The multi-million dollar deal came just a week-and-a-half after Kylie — who has topped Forbes’ list of youngest self-made billionaires for the past two years — moved into a sprawling, lavish $36.5million ‘resort compound’ in Holmby Hills. 

Khloe’s new property nearby cost her $17million while Kris — who has a larger home — paid $20million, for a combined total of $37million for the new homes which are directly across from each other in the gated community. 

The home also features two guest apartments with kitchenettes and living rooms, and two additional suites with private patios and entrances, perfect for Kylie’s inner circle.

Though $36.5million seems like quite the splurge, Jenner actually got a decent deal on the property, which was originally listed at $45milllion.  

Kylie’s new purchases only add to her already lavish property empire as she bought land in Palm Springs where she quarantined with Stormi and baby daddy Travis Scott during the height of the pandemic.

Before moving into her $36.5 Holmby Hills compound, she resided in a $12million Hidden Hills mansion which is a neighborhood her family and friends have colonized throughout the years.

The social media sensation picked up her current 13,200-square-foot property in 2016, according to real estate site Trulia.

Jenner is also reportedly the co-owner of a $13million Beverly Hills investment property with co-parent and sometimes significant other Travis Scott, according to People.

‘Kylie and Travis’s new Beverly Hills house is spectacular. It’s contemporary, but very warm at the same time. The property is also very private,’ an insider told the magazine.
