Blue’s Lee Ryan ‘is set to become a father for the third time with girlfriend Verity Paris’

Lee Ryan is reportedly set to become a father for the third time as his girlfriend Verity Paris is pregnant. 

The Blue singer, 37, is already dad to daughter Bluebell, 13, who he shares with ex Jessica Keevil, and son Rayn, 12, whose mother is his ex-fiance, Samantha Miller.

In pictures obtained by The Sun, the couple are seen strolling along a beach in Malaga, Spain, while looking at the Ariana Grande impersonator’s growing bump.

A source told the publication: ‘They couldn’t be happier. Pals have joked it will mean Lee will have some time to chat to someone who understands him.

‘It’s early days but they’re excited.’

 MailOnline has contacted Lee’s representative for a comment.

Lee and Verity, whose real name is Verity Morley, were first linked back in January 2020 before enjoying a loved-up holiday together in February last year. 

Verity is an Ariana Grande impersonator who starred on the X Factor in 2009.

Lee, who was known as somewhat as a Lothario on Celebrity Big Brother and Celebs Go Dating, previously reflected on his failed relationships and low points of his life. 

The dad told the Daily Mail in 2019: ‘I shouldn’t have lost the family life I had with my ex-fiance, Sammi, and our little boy, Rayn. He’s ten now and we’re really close again.

‘But I neglected the relationship so it’s only relatively recently that he’s been able to see functioning co-parenting, something my mum and dad never achieved. [They split when Lee was six.]

‘I don’t know if I’ll settle down for a long time. I love the early months of a relationship and then I start concentrating on my career again.

‘I also have a daughter, Bluebell, who’s 11. These are key ages for my kids so I’m working as hard as I know how to make memories with each of them that will last. They’re my priority for the next few years.’

He also chatted about his career, saying: ‘I don’t have any regrets about the mistakes I’ve made because they’ve shown me that something good can come out of something bad. 

‘For example, in Blue’s heyday, I didn’t pay attention to financial matters, preferring to listen to other people who took advantage of me. [The band’s company, Blueworld Ltd, went into liquidation in 2013; two years later Lee declared himself bankrupt].

‘I blame myself for that careless attitude; a legacy from my school years when I thought I knew it all. I’m much more astute these days.’

Last summer, Lee hit back at trolls who criticised him for gaining weight while in lockdown during an emotive Instagram video.  

The star had been enjoying a rooftop singing session with his mother and Verity at his home, showing his vocal abilities to Spandau Ballet’s Gold.

But the singer was forced to go inside and take a moment after trolls started sending him abusive messages about his appearance.

Talking to the camera, the handsome chap said: ‘So listen right, a few people are on at me for having fun and saying, “Oh s***, you look like you’ve put on a bit of timber”.

‘Who ain’t in this lockdown? No one is going out and doing their usual routine. Be kind to people, we will all lose it eventually.

‘Be happy, be with your family and be kind and loving to people. Especially during this time.’
