The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Melbourne’s Brighton will go to auction on February 13 with an asking price of $9.5million to $10.45million.

Shane renovated the 1,234 square-metre property after purchasing it for $3.7million in July 2007, then sold it to the current owners for $6.77million in December 2009.

The listing comes after Shane sold his home at 15 Newbay Crescent in Brighton in December, after nine months on the market. 

The Spin King didn’t quite reach his desired sale price and it changed hands below what he’d initially asked for.
