‘I truly believe this quote which is why I wanted to share it … there’s a lot I can’t share with you all because my kids are very private which I love,’ she wrote.

Spears shares Sean and Jayden with her former husband, Kevin Federline.

The pair were first spotted in each other’s company in April of 2004 when they were seen enjoying themselves at a beach in Santa Monica.

Before she became involved with the father of her children, the singer was married to Jason Allen Alexander, although the marriage was annulled after a few days.

The two notably became engaged after a period of just a few months of dating, and they went on to tie the knot in 2004.

The former couple later became the focus of a television program entitled Britney and Kevin: Chaotic, which focused on their relationship.

After welcoming Sean and Jayden into their lives in 2005 and 2006, Spears filed for divorce from Federline, which reportedly took him by surprise, and their union was formally dissolved in 2007.

A protracted court battle resulted in the children’s father being awarded physical and legal custody of the pair, which greatly distressed the singer.

The songwriter was later granted visitation rights, and she has been spending more and more time with her sons over the years.
