An emotional first look trailer for Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death has been released by Channel 4 one year after her tragic death. 

In the 40 second video, it sees the late Love Island host break down in tears in unseen footage. 

The heartbreaking first look trailer also sees emotional interviews from Caroline’s mother Christine, twin sister Jody and former X Factor co-star Olly Murs.

Caroline Flack: Her Life and Death will see friends and family of the late presenter pay tribute to her as it documents the rise of her career and tragic death one year on.    

In one part of the trailer, the late presenter breaks down in tears in unseen footage as she says: ‘The only person I’ve ever hurt is myself.’  

While another heartbreaking moment sees Caroline’s mother, Christine, emotionally say: ‘She was my little girl, it doesn’t actually seem real.’ 

In a different moment during the poignant trailer, the late presenter’s former The X Factor co-star Olly, 36, breaks down in tears.

He says: ‘I just wish I could have told her not to do it. I never got the opportunity to do that.’ 

Caroline’s other former X Factor co-star Dermot O’Leary adds: ‘Those demons start to play with you.’  

Another part sees Caroline’s twin sister Jody recall: ‘She did feel things very, very deeply.’

The trailer ends with someone off-camera emotionally saying: ‘All that talent, the joy that she brought, just gone.’
