‘I’m still blown marvelling at how my body grew another life, how it gave my baby all the nutrients needed to thrive despite me being so unwell and unable to eat,’ she said.

The mum-of-three also explained in the post that the three photographs she shared were taken days after giving birth.

‘I just couldn’t stop staring at my body and how it felt and looked. I’ve never been so proud of myself. It’s an incredible feeling and one I’ve never really allowed myself to feel before I think.’

The former TV presenter said that in comparison to her previous births, she is proud of her body, as opposed to putting pressure on it like she would in the past.

‘This time I allowed and encouraged myself to feel and enjoy every moment. To savour the changes. To marvel at the beauty,’ she added.

She wrapped up her lengthy post by describing the stage of her recovery, writing, in the first photo she was on day three after birth.

In the second, she said she ‘had just returned from a walk around the ward on day 3 and had showered and felt sensational! I was still in pain and had walked very slowly but I felt a real sense of accomplishment.’

Meanwhile in the third, she was about to leave the hospital, writing: ‘I was so excited to commence my new life as a Mum of 3 and finally had enough energy to put on some lipgloss and even rub it on my cheeks and brush my hair.’

Chezzi gave birth on February 10, but the couple waited until Friday February 12 to announce the happy news.

Grant shared a photo of himself and Chezzi taken shortly after Sunday’s birth on Instagram to confirm the arrival.

‘We are over-the-moon excited to announce the wonderful & safe arrival of our brand new baby girl, the spectacularly gorgeous Sunday Mary Mae Denyer,’ he wrote.
