They’ve both been in Sydney for work, and on Thursday, Chris Hemsworth and Elsa Pataky returned home to Byron Bay ahead of the Easter holidays.
The couple, who married in 2010, were spotted disembarking a private jet at Ballina Byron Gateway Airport.
Chris, 37, has been largely based in Sydney since January as he films the latest installment in the Avengers franchise, Thor: Love and Thunder.

In an interview with GQ Australia last month, Chris spoke about feeling nervous about picking up Thor’s hammer again.
‘There’s that same – if not more – pressure now to do that again,’ he confessed.
‘So there’s a little bit of exciting nervous energy that is motivating all of us to reach a little further and make sure we’re covering all bases and approaching the scene from every angle.’

‘I love my job and love working with my close friend Hemsworth. I am very fortunate to be in this position so it’s a lot of fun,’ Bobby told Centr.
He revealed that he and Chris even train together when they need to bulk up for the Thor films.
‘We purely motivate each other. It’s great training with him, but he is a beast so it’s not easy,’ he added.

Byron Bay was put on high alert earlier in the week after a local man tested positive for coronavirus on Tuesday.
The popular Byron Bay Bluesfest music festival was later cancelled amid fears it could turn into a superspreader event.
Both Chris and Elsa wore face masks as they stepped off the plane in their hometown.
