Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram on Thursday saying that she’s was eating too much sour candy at night, and that her tongue was falling off as a result.

Teigen, 34, relaxed in her bathrobe in her living room as she narrated the oral complication she was dealing with as a result of a freewheeling sweet tongue.

‘Fair warning, do not continue this video if you are squeamish to look,’ the Utah-born stunner said.

The Sports Illustrated swimsuit alum said her tongue was ‘literally falling off’ because she ate too many sweets the earlier evening. 

Teigen, who is mother to daughter Luna, four, and son Miles, two, with husband John Legend, described the regimen on sugary courses she indulged in, leading to the tongue issues.

The social media savvy stunner said she ‘had Sour Straws’ to kick off the confectionery fun.

‘I suck on them, and after them, I have my blow pops and then it is falling off my tongue,’ said Teigen, who is expecting her third child with the Grammy-winning musical artist.

Teigen, who’s authored cookbooks in her Cravings series including Hungry for More: A Cookbook and Recipes for All the Food You Want to Eat: A Cookbook, said that the damage she had done to her tongue had impacted her ability to eat other foods.

‘I’m trying to eat my noodles, but it’s so painful but it’s hard to eat anything hot spicy especially – even just hot temperature,’ she said. ‘I don’t know how to eat it, I think I have to put saran wrap them around my tongue or something like a tongue condom or some sort.’
