Hollywood actor Christian Bale is filming Thor: Love and Thunder in Sydney, Australia.
And the 47-year-old looked unrecognisable when he spent a family day at Palm Beach – an idyllic beach town an hour north of the city.
The handsome actor’s signature chestnut tresses were nowhere to be seen as he enjoyed a family friendly event in the town.

Christian was surrounded by other families who didn’t seem to recognise him.
The actor’s wife Sibi Blažić was seen by his side with the pair holding hands together as they strolled through the car park.
Christian opted to go casual for the day out wearing a black t-shirt and matching cargo pants along with a chequered shirt.

He finished the outfit with a pair of black canvas slip-on shoes and dark sunglasses.
Sibi, meanwhile, kept it casual cool wearing a black puffer jacket along with a pair of body-hugging black tights.
She wore her brunette tresses down and a pair of round sunglasses for the outing along with a pair of black joggers.

Thor has been filming at a number of locations around Sydney including the city’s Centennial Park.
Christian will play a villain opposite Chris Hemsworth in the new Marvel flick.
The movie is scheduled for a February 11, 2022 release, but due to COVID-19 nothing is set in stone.

Tessa Thompson, who plays Valkyrie in the film, recently revealed the actor had been cast as a malevolent as-yet-unnamed character.
Speaking to ET in October, she explained: ‘Christian Bale is going to play our villain, which is going to be fantastic.
‘I’ve read the script. I can’t tell you much. Lots of exciting text messages exchanged between Natalie [Portman] and I.’
