She’s a proud mother-of-three who proclaims that Thanksgiving is probably her ‘favorite holiday.’
And Christie Brinkley walked the talk on Friday, when she posted a heartwarming and charming video to her Instagram, documenting the seasonal festivities with her family.
The supermodel, 66, made sure to include her two daughters Sailor Lee Brinkley Cook, 22, and Alexa Ray Joel, 34.

Filmed from her Hamptons home in New York, Christie started things off with a sweet message to her 653K followers.
‘Happy Thanksgiving Everybody!’ she said with a warm smile.

‘I think Thanksgiving is probably my favorite holiday because it’s so simple,’ she added.
‘It’s all about cooking warm food and creating a warm environment to share with the people you love.’
Interspersed during her greeting were snippets of Brinkley’s Thanksgiving preparations, including her efforts to make a sweet potato pie as well as a video tour of all the various dishes that her family cooked for their feast.

Christie shares daughter Alexa with her second husband Billy Joel, to whom she was married from 1985 to 1994.
Subsequently, she was married briefly to Richard Taubman, with whom she had son Jack Paris.
