Christine has put Selling Sunset’s recent success down to people seeking glamour and escapism during the difficult lockdown period.

The show has aired three seasons so far and Christine hinted during her interview it has been renewed to at least season five, before adding: ‘Did I say that? Oops!’

The show was created by Adam DiVello, creator of The Hills and Laguna Beach after he spotted the annual billboard Bret and Jason Oppenheim put up for the show’s brokerage in the middle of Sunset Boulevard.

While the brothers initially had reservations about documenting their business on a reality show, Christine said she was the first one to embrace it.

‘Do not take social media too seriously. [It’s] all just superficial. I don’t wake up looking like this!’ The Oppenheim Group realtor said in her Harper’s Bazaar Vietnam cover story.

‘Obsessive [body dysmorphic] disorder is a real thing. It costs a lot of money on makeup and aesthetics to look gorgeous. [I’ve enhanced my] breasts and lips, and I live with Botox.’
