Cricket legend Shane Warne has relisted his $7.4million mansion after suspending plans to sell the home earlier this year due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The retired sportsman, 50, purchased the home in Brighton, an affluent suburb in Melbourne’s south-east, in April 2018 for $5.4million and now hopes to sell it for between $6.8million and $7.4million.

The property, which includes a wine cellar and tasting room, had originally been scheduled to go to auction on April 5.

A for sale board reappeared at the house last week, according to the Herald Sun.

The house has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large swimming pool and spa, a basement theatre, a bar, and an underground garage with space for four cars.

On the ground floor is an open plan kitchen and family space, the first guest bedroom, a utility and powder room, and a formal dining and living room.

The family space leads out to the pool and spa with a deck and alfresco dining area – perfect for outdoor entertaining.
