The Bachelorette #16 Clare Crawley’s ex-fiancé Dale Moss gave his first interview since their surprise split while strolling in Manhattan on Tuesday night.
‘Clare and I will be cool,’ the South Dakota-born 32-year-old said.
‘Everything’s okay. Obviously, it’s not the greatest situation, but, you know, Clare and I have a lot of love for each other and, you know, this is the healthiest thing for us right now.’

The South Dakota-born 32-year-old said: ‘Clare and I have a lot of love for each other and, you know, this is the healthiest thing for us right now…Honestly, we’ve just got a lot going on in our lives right now’ (pictured December 31)
Dale added: ‘Honestly, we’ve just got a lot going on in our lives right now. This is just the healthiest thing for both of us.’
Moss was still in a relationship with the 39-year-old Sacramento hairstylist as recent as January 9, and he said he has ‘no regrets’ about their romance.
The Elite Model said he was ‘not even looking at’ DMs from flirty women and when asked if he was interested in being a Bachelor or on Bachelor in Paradise, he replied: ‘Not there yet, man.’
Earlier that day, Dale shared his official statement repeating that the break-up was the ‘healthy decision’ and they ‘only hope the best things for one another.’
