Delta Goodrem enjoys a cruise with boyfriend Matthew Copley and best friend Renée Bargh

Delta Goodrem and boyfriend Matthew Copley made a rare appearance together while enjoying a cruise with friends near Port Douglas on Thursday. 

Matthew shared a photo of himself on Instagram, flanked by Delta, 36, and her friends, TV host Renée Bargh and publicist Nicole Foster. 

‘Matthew’s Angels,’ he captioned the post, adding a lightning bolt emoji.   

Delta wore a white one-piece swimsuit and styled a floral sarong around her hips. 

Meanwhile, Matthew donned a beach towel wrapped around his lower half and a white linen shirt up top.

Renée opted for a black cut-out swimsuit, accessorised with khaki pants and a white linen shirt.

Delta and Matthew confirmed they were dating in January 2018 after meeting on tour in late 2017.

The couple is notoriously private, and rarely posts about each other on social media. 

Last year, the musically talented pair kept spirits up during COVID lockdown with a series of concerts online called The Bunkerdown Sessions.  

The couple’s recent outing with their pals comes after the pop songstress recently revealed to Body+Soul that she learnt to surround herself with the right people in life during her 20’s. 

‘In this decade, I learnt to be careful of who you surround yourself with,’ she said.

‘Everyone experiences, from time to time, being let down by some people who you have in your life, and I definitely learnt that lesson in my 20s.’
