Donnie Wahlberg goofs around with co-star Marisa Ramirez as they film Blue Bloods on location in NYC

He’s starred on TV cop procedural Blue Bloods for a decade. 

And on Monday, Donnie Wahlberg was seen back in action as Detective Danny Reagan for the show’s 11th season on a location set in New York City.

The actor, 51, filmed scenes with co-star Marisa Ramirez, who came on board as Detective Maria Baez in 2013.

The pair shot scenes on a river bank for the new episodes which began airing this month on CBS.

In between takes, the actors goofed around a little.

And when cameras stopped rolling, they donned face masks in line with COVID-19 production protocols.  

Blue Bloods stars Tom Selleck as New York City Police Commissioner Frank reagan who not only oversees the city but also his family which includes his son Danny and daughter Erin, an assistant district attorney played by Bridget Moynihan.
