E4 has announced that Married At First Sight Australia season 7 will air in the UK this summer, leaving fans overjoyed.
The new season will follow ‘a whole new bunch of singles’ as they go on the journey of their lifetime, starting by tying the knot with a total stranger in front of their family and friends.
Season 6 of the revamped reality show from down under has had British viewers gripped to their screens since it kicked off in January.

As the season 6 finale fast approaches, viewers were eager to know when the next series would begin, knowing that Australian viewers are now able to watch it.
In a statement, E4 said: ‘Married at First Sight Australia Season 6 sadly concludes this Monday 1 March, but buckle up as we’re heading back down under soon, as Married at First Sight Australia series 7 is set to land on E4 this summer.
‘The popular dating show sees a whole new bunch of singles go on the journey of their lifetime by going on bucks night for the boys, and hens night for the ladies.
‘Our couples will then say “I do” after meeting each other for the first time on their wedding day.

E4 also shared the news on social media, leaving fans rejoicing over the announcement.

In the UK, Married at First Sight Australia series 6 is currently drawing a huge consolidated average audience of 1.3m viewers.
The series has been the biggest All 4 title every week since launch, and has a 6 per cent share of audience and 14 per cent share of 16-34 year olds.
Inspired by the revamped Australian version, which upped the drama with married couples mixing after their vows, Married at First Sight UK is getting a makeover in 2021.
