She’s filming the women’s rights drama Call Jane on location in Connecticut.

And on Monday, Elizabeth Banks was seen in full costume as a 1960s housewife as she shot scenes with co-star Sigourney Weaver.

Banks, 47, wore a shoulder-length blonde wig with headband as cameras rolled in the city of Hartford.

The actress was dressed in a patterned short-sleeve blouse over a brown turtleneck and blue jean flares.

In between takes, she donned a face mask and checked her phone.

Weaver, 71, was more dowdily dressed for her role, pairing a brown anorak with a dark green top and brown slacks.

The two stars were seen enjoying a hug and a chat when cameras stopped rolling,

Call Jane is set during the summer of 1968 when protesters rocked the Democratic National Convention. 

According to Deadline.com, Banks’ character Joy Griffin is a housewife and mother who experiences a life-threatening pregnancy that no doctor will allow her to terminate. 

After finding herself out of options, she discovers a network of women who facilitate safe abortions for women in need wit no questions asked.

The supporting cast includes Kate Mara, Chris Messina, Aida Turturro and Wunmi Mosaku.

Next up for Banks will be providing the voice for Pebbles in a new animated reboot of The Flintstones titled Bedrock.

She will also executive produce the cartoon, which is a collaboration between Fox Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation, Variety reported last month.

The premise of the new series will see Pebbles 20 years after the timeline on the classic cartoon as she’s about to begin her career while her father Fred Flintstone prepares to retire.
