Erika Jayne will reach her ‘breaking point’ on the upcoming 11th season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The 49-year-old reality star reportedly hit this breaking point after her divorce from lawyer Tom Girardi, who she split with last year after 20 years of marriage, became such a ‘big story,’ according to US Weekly sources.
Still, despite Jayne getting upset about her divorce being such a hot topic among the Housewives, she’s still reportedly very forthcoming about what happened.

Jane and Girardi, the lawyer whose case against Pacific Gas & Electric inspired the 2000 movie Erin Brockovich (where Albert Finney played Girardi), were married in 1999 but split in November 2020 when Erika filed for divorce.
An insider described a scene in the upcoming season where Sutton Stracke accuses Jayne of many things without proof, which was featured in a teaser for the new season, with the source adding, that’s when, ‘Erika’s anger comes out.’
The source added that Jayne gets, ‘super emotional’ this season as the other castmates, ‘kept accusing her of certain things and she had to keep defending herself.’

Though as more news came out about Tom, including how a federal judge had all of his assets seized after misappropriating funds that were due to his clients, the source added, ‘the girls wanted answers.’
‘They kept trying to stir up more drama on top of the existing drama Erika had going on in her personal life,’ the source continued.

Despite Erika’s frustrations, she is still ‘not holding back’ when it comes to the divorce.
‘She has nothing to hide. She was very open about her divorce, very honest. Like she said [in the teaser], she did not see her marriage ending in a divorce,’ the source said.
Shortly after Jayne filed for divorce, they were accused of embezzling $2 million in settlement funds intended for the victims of the Lion Air Flight 610 plane crash.

Girardi would later be sued by his former business partners and stripped of his law license, before being diagnosed with late-onset Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Sources had previously claimed that Girardi always handed the family’s finances and that Jayne was still ‘reeling’ from the scandal.
Season 12 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kicks off Wednesday, May 19 at 8 PM ET on Bravo.
