Erika Jayne receives an enormous bouquet of red roses as she picks them up from her doorstep

Her estranged husband Tom Girardi has been placed under a temporary conservatorship in the wake of a medical emergency – with his brother Robert Girardi in charge of his estate and day-to-day care.

And two weeks later, Erika Jayne was spotted receiving a large bouquet of red roses from a secret admirer.

The 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star donned a silky red robe with black fluffy slippers as she picked up the extravagant gift left on her doorstep in Los Angeles.

Giddy: Her estranged husband Tom Girardi has been placed under a temporary conservatorship in the wake of a medical emergency – with his brother Robert Giraldi in charge of his estate and day-to-day care. And two weeks later, Erika Jayne was spotted receiving a large bouquet of red roses from a secret admirer

The star looked absolutely giddy as she picked up enormous bouquet of red roses, which sat in a large pink metal bucket with a note attached to it.

Erika rocked a thigh-grazing ruby red robe with a black fabric belt, wearing coordinating slippers.

She styled her long blonde hair loose around her in waves with perfectly dark red manicured fingers.

Last month, Erika began selling bags off her Instagram account as she reportedly faces financial woes amid her divorce from Tom.

She helped advertise Lily And Bean luggage bags on her Instagram stories, which included a code for 15% off their items.

In December, Erika and Tom were accused in a class action lawsuit of embezzling money meant for families who lost loved ones in the 2018 Lion Air plane crash and of having a ‘sham’ divorce to protect their money.

A class action lawsuit filed by Edelson PC last month in Illinois accuses Erika and Tom of embezzling money meant for his law firm clients because he’s ‘on the verge of financial collapse’ and needed to finance their lavish lifestyle.

It further claims that last month’s announcement that Erika filed for divorce from Tom, 81,  in November after 21 years of marriage is an act to protect their money from debt collectors.

‘At the heart of this deception is Defendant Girardi and his need to fund outrageous lifestyles for himself and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Erika Jayne,’ the complaint, obtained by DailyMail.com, says.

The complaint says Tom allegedly embezzled proceeds of the settlements meant for the Illinois-based family members of victims who died in the tragic Lion Air Flight 610 airplane crash for his own personal enjoyment.

The flight went down into the Java Sea shortly after taking off on October 29, 2018, killing all 189 passengers and crew on board. The crash was due to a design flaw in the automated flight control system on the Boeing 737 Max Series that led to the grounding of the model.

The settlement was meant to help family members, many of whom were left widowed or orphaned, after the crash.

‘Tom and Erika have reached celebrity status in the glitz-and-glam world of Hollywood and Beverly Hills…To keep up their celebrity status, Tom and Erika must project a public image of obscene wealth at all times, and at whatever the cost,’ the complaint said.

The lawsuit says that Tom and his law firm Girardi Keese ‘are on the verge of financial collapse and locked in a downward spiral of mounting debts and dwindling funds’, and allegedly owe tens of millions of dollars to clients, co-counsel, and others.

The suit claims that due to the financial turmoil Tom allegedly resorted to embezzling money intended for his clients.

Earlier this month, Tom was placed under a temporary conservatorship in the wake of a medical emergency he suffered, according to US Weekly

The outlet reported that his brother Robert Girardi was in charge of his estate and day-to-day care by Los Angeles judge Daniel Juarez in January 2021.

Tom’s lawyer Rudy Cosio said he was unable to appear after the medical incident.

The temporary conservatorship was previously requested by Robert amid what he told the court was his brother’s deteriorating condition; the conservatorship extends through March 30.

Tom Girardi has ‘deteriorated to the point where he cannot care for himself without assistance,’ Robert Girardi said in court docs obtained by People. ‘His short-term memory is severely compromised and, on information and belief, he is often not oriented as to date, time or place.

‘Left to his own devices, it is highly doubtful that Tom could manage most of the activities of daily living for any significant period of time without assistance.’

The case heads back to court for a March 15 hearing where Robert’s other asks will be taken into consideration, including the legal say whether he can place his brother into a facility that deals with problems such as dementia.

In December, US Weekly cited court docs in reporting that his brother – who is also in the midst of a divorce and embezzlement case – ‘is incapable of realizing and understanding the repercussions of the bankruptcy filings pending against him and the Debtor.’
