Disgusting moment an Uber Eats delivery driver’s female friend is caught on camera urinating in a customer’s front garden before delivering McDonald’s meal

  • Footage captured on the customer’s Ring doorbell showed the delivery
  • The worker’s friend squatted down apparently to urinate in the front garden
  • The customer took the McDonalds meal back but has not had a refund

An Uber Eats driver’s female friend urinated in a customer’s front garden as the pair delivered a McDonalds meal, a doorbell camera has revealed.

Footage captured on a customer’s Ring camera showed a woman squat down apparently to urinate outside the house in Kingston-upon-Thames, Surrey.

The two women made the delivery together on Thursday, but the customer, who wants to be known only as Lewis, said having two people drop off the food was against Uber’s coronavirus policy.

He said: ‘I had my Uber Eats delivery driver urinate by my front door right before making my delivery on Thursday. There were two of them (which is against Uber covid policy) and they were laughing about it.’

The short video clip shows the two women arriving at the house before one crouches down and appears to urinate. The other can be seen laughing before knocking on the door as her friend pulls her trousers back up.

She then places the McDonalds meal on the ground in front of the door as the occupant opens it and thanks them for delivering the meal.

Lewis said he sent the meal back to McDonalds after realising the woman had urinated in his garden, but he is yet to receive a refund or replacement.

He added: ‘Uber aren’t interested in sorting the issue out – I got the generic “we’re sorry if you feel we haven’t met your expectations on this occasion, we’ll try harder next time” reply.

‘I took the whole order back to McDonald’s who couldn’t give me a refund or a replacement meal so I’m still at a loss.’

MailOnline has contacted Uber for comment.
