Former Big Brother star Skye Wheatley fishes for clicks as she teases the announcement of her newborn son’s name on her YouTube channel
She sensationally asked fans to help her name her newborn son, and now Skye Wheatley is gearing up to announce his name on her YouTube channel.
In a post on Instagram on Wednesday, the 27-year-old former Big Brother star revealed she’d be announcing her son’s name sometime that same night.
‘He’s perfect. Name reveal will be in my YouTube video tonight!! Sorry for the wait, I wanted to announce the full name but I’m still a little stuck,’ she began.

‘But anyway, you guys can help me once you know the first name… It took me all day to edit the YT video today between feeding, resettling and trying to shower/get out the house, so I’m a little slow to things because of this little munchkin.’
She added: ‘If having babies weren’t so bloody hard I’d have 10!! Right now, I say I really want a third but we shall see. Maybe when the boys are in school…’
Later in the evening Skye revealed she was having technical difficulties and was unable to fulfill her promise.
‘I’m not trying to be annoying and string this out,’ she wrote above an image of her laptop on her Insta Stories.

Skye created an Instagram Stories poll on Sunday asking fans to vote on whether they preferred ‘West’ or ‘Wild’.
By Monday, her account was flooded with comments from fans questioning why she was letting other people make such an important life decision.
Explaining her decision to choose her son’s middle name via an Instagram poll, Skye said: ‘The name will be announced in the labour vlog, but we have to decide on a middle name, so that’s why it’s taking so long.’
Putting it out to her followers, she asked: ‘Maybe you guys can help me decide on a middle name?’
