The publication reports that the property’s original listing had a $1.65million to $1.75million price range and that they owners, who bought the pad on the show, took it to auction after strong interest.

The new owners of the spacious unit are reportedly a ‘young family.’

‘The reserve was $1.9 million and in the end, there were two parties who were really battling it out right to the end and pushed that price up to $2.2 million,’ real estate agent Fraser Cahill said.

The pair renovated the abode on The Block: Glasshouse back back in 2014 and unfortunately only walked away from the show with a measly $10,000 profit.

But the pair were back with a vengeance on The Block Triple Threat, or season 10, in 2015.

The duo won the season, taking home a total of $935,000.

Darren is a former AFL star who played for the Sydney Swans and Collingwood.

He and Deanne reportedly split in 2019 after 13 years of marriage.
