She’s one of Home and Away’s longest-serving actors.

And Ada Nicodemou was spotted filming what looked to be very tense scenes with her co-star James Stewart, 45, at Sydney’s Palm Beach on Monday.

The 44-year-old beauty, who plays Leah Patterson-Baker on the Channel Seven soap, drew attention to her trim figure in a burnt orange knit dress and tan heels.

Her caramel locks were styled straight and her makeup was minimal yet elegant.

Ada’s demeanour looked tense as she filmed scenes with James, who plays Justin Morgan on the show.

James donned a khaki T-shirt, beige shorts and black thongs, and at one stage was seen dramatically walking away from Ada.

Ada sported a khaki singlet and floral shorts, teamed with white sneakers and a black crossbody bag, while James donned a pink T-shirt, black shorts and black thongs.

The stars engaged in conversation as they strolled past the bait shop.

She told New Idea she eats foods that are high in protein and does high-intensity workouts to stay trim and toned.

‘I like my curves, I feel like a woman and I feel more confident – which I think is also really good as a parent… I love that I’m curvy,’ the mother-of-one told the magazine.

‘I try and exercise about three to four times a week – sometimes more, sometimes less. It’s a mixture of weight training, cardio, boxing, Pilates and walks. I mix it up,’ she added.
