Izabel Goulart flashes her flat abs in all orange as she spends New Year’s Eve in St. Barts

St. Barts has become a hot spot for celebs trying to avoid pandemic quarantine and other health restrictions during their winter holiday, hosting A-list guests like Sir Paul McCartney, Amy Schumer, Sofia Richie, and Chrissy Teigen.

And supermodel Izabel Goulart joined the bevy of stars in the Caribbean Island nation for the New Years, seen out in town before hopping on a small boat to get to an opulent yacht on Wednesday.

The Brazilian beauty, 36, looked like a 10, flashing her flat abs and iconic legs in an orange tie-dyed dress tied up with a gold chain.

Paradise: Model Izabel Goulart enjoyed some time in St. Barts on New Year’s Eve this Thursday

Izabel’s head-to-toe tan was on display in the frock which linked a crop top and slitted skirt with hardware dangling down the front.

She matched the bold detail with thick hoop earrings and gold T-strap sandals.

Tying together her look, the 5foot10 stunner popped on a pair of cat-eyed sunglasses and a boxy Fendi tote in a soft pink hue.

As she arrived at the dock, Izabel raked her hands through her brunette tresses and stared at the horizon.

Then she hopped onto a small speedboat which would taxi her to her final destination, getting the VIP treatment as the captain helped her aboard.

Wind whipped through Goulart’s hair as they took off, giving the scene a dreamy, windswept feel.

Is St. Barts COVID free? How the island is tackling coronavirus

With a population of just over nine thousand, St. Barts has been able to keep their COVID cases relatively low.

After banning visitors, the country reopened to tourists on June 22, 2020 after successfully eradicating coronavirus on the island.

From April to June, it had no active cases of COVID-19.

Throughout December, it has had 37 new cases, and has recorded just one death.

The government hopes to keep the island mostly virus free through testing.

Travelers are expected to present a negative test result before heading to the country or go to a test center within 24 hours of their arrival.

They are then asked to self isolate until the test results are received.

It seemed that Izabel was having a busy holiday season, seen in her native Brazil just days ago.

Her recent vacation surely made St. Barts an attractive next stop for the Sports Illustrated looker, as the elite have flocked to the island nation because of it’s minimal COVID-19 restrictions.

Sir Paul McCartney, Amy Schumer, Robbie Williams, Vogue and Spencer Matthews, Sofia Richie, Wendi Deng and Chrissy Teigen are among the stars spotted on the French-speaking haven in recent days, eager to enjoy its restaurants, five-star hotels and spas – with minimal Covid-19 restrictions.

This is despite America’s Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warning travelers to ‘avoid all nonessential travel to [the island],’ which has had a smattering of COVID-19 cases in December.

Right now, visitors don’t have to quarantine as long as they provide proof of a negative Covid test or take one on arrival.

Eateries are open for indoor dining but have limited tables to parties of six and encourage social distancing but are open until midnight.

The island is only 10 square miles, but has 16 beaches, with Colombier, Gouverneur and Salines its star attractions.

All beaches are open with no restrictions in St. Barts, although social distancing between different households is still encouraged.

St. Barts has encouraged tourism in an effort to bolster the industry after Hurricane Irma ravished the nation in 2017, destroying many of its luxurious hotels and resorts.
