It was announced on Sunday that House Rules stars Jared Petrenko and Jessica Dover had split, less than a year after welcoming their first child together.
And the former couple have now placed their Adelaide property – which was renovated by their co-stars on House Rules in 2018 – up for auction.
Jess, 29, shared several photos of the three-bedroom, ‘New York warehouse-style’ West Beach home earlier this month, confirming it will be auctioned off on May 22.

‘To anyone that has gotten a house ready for sale with children tearing around while you do so, I’d like to give you a hug – The effort! So proud of how it turned out!’ she wrote on Instagram alongside the gallery of photos.
The property features a sliding door leading to the open-plan lounge, which is complemented by exposed brick walls and a trendy hanging fireplace.
The luxury continues into the main bathroom, which has a deep-sunken bathtub.
A touch of New York style is added to the ensuite courtesy of the white ‘subway brick’ tiling on the walls.

Jessica last posted an image of her partner on social media on December 2, when he was seen cuddling up to their newborn son.
She has not appeared on his Instagram account since October.
