The 49-year-old actress showed off her slender physique in an all-black workout outfit after spending the day with her daughter Seraphina on Sunday.
It comes as her ex-husband Ben Affleck, 48, posted a gushing tribute to the mother of his three children.

Jennifer wore a pair of tight black gym leggings, with silver star detailing around the ankle, which showcased her beautifully toned legs.
With the leggings she wore a loose-fitting long-sleeve top and a pair of grey and blue trainers.
To keep a touch of glam, the 13 Going on 30 star also wore a thin gold necklace and donned a pair of sunglasses.
She pulled her beautiful brunette tresses into a mid-ponytail and appeared to have chalk on her leggings, most likely from lifting weights.

Despite their marriage ending in divorce three years ago, Ben Affleck still thinks highly of his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
The actor posted a heartfelt Mother’s Day message to Jennifer on Instagram, where he posted sweet throwback photos of the actress doting on their three children.
‘So happy to share these kids with you. Luckiest parents in the world. Thanks for all the good you do. Happy Mother’s Day. Love, their Dad,’ Ben wrote in the caption.

Jennifer looked every inch the adoring mother as she played, cuddled, and doted on her children in the slideshow.

Jennifer was dressed as Glinda the Good Witch while Ben was a dead ringer for the Tin Man in his metallic outfit.

Their children sported the Cowardly Lion, Scarecrow, and Dorothy Gale costumes.
Jennifer and Ben were married from 2005 to 2018, and share daughters Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel, nine, together.
Last year Ben called divorcing Jennifer the ‘biggest regret’ of his life.
‘Shame is really toxic. There is no positive by-product of shame. It’s just stewing in a toxic, hideous feeling of low self-worth and self-loathing,’ he said in an interview with The New York Times.

The couple have not let their split stop them from enjoying a great co-parenting relationship.

Both have moved on romantically as well.
Ben was recently in a relationship with actress Ana de Armas, while Jennifer has reportedly rekindled her romance with ex John Miller.
