According to Madison‘s costar Shep Rose, who spoke to UsWeekly on Friday, ‘there was an NDA signed,’ suggesting that some damage control may have been done following the reality star’s interaction with the pro baseball player.
‘I know that there was, like, an NDA signed, which doesn’t seem to mean anything anymore, not worth the price of the paper they’re printed on,’ Rose told the publication, later adding a reference to ‘DMing baseball stars’.

The newfound attention on Madison’s interaction with Alex comes after she previously admitted to speaking with the star, claiming that it was ‘platonic’.
The explosive allegations all came to light during a Southern Charm reunion episode in January, where LeCroy was accused of sleeping with an unidentified, married ex-MLB player.
At the time, the name of the individual LeCroy was allegedly in contact with had been bleeped out.

And while Madison denied ever seeing the man in person, she did admit to DM-ing him.
Last month, LeCroy said the name concealed was Rodriguez’s, but she was the one who requested his name withheld.
‘I have tried to be as quiet as possible. I don’t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely innocent in this,’ LeCroy told PageSix at the time.

She told the website on February 4th that she and Rodriguez ‘never met up’, but had ‘spoken on the phone.’
‘That’s the truth,’ she said, clarifying they had ‘never been physical… never had any kind of anything. Just an acquaintance.’
LeCroy insisted Rodriguez had ‘never physically cheated’ on Jennifer with her.

Madison described the phone calls as inconsistent, and said they had only spoken to each other ‘randomly.’
While she would not reveal what was discussed, she described it as ‘innocent.’
‘I have tried to be as quiet as possible. I don’t want anything bad for his family, or for mine. We are definitely innocent in this,’ Madison added.

TMZ added the split is fresh as the power duo broke up on Friday morning, while People shared: ‘This has been a long time coming.’
And UsWeekly offered: ‘The last time they had seen each other was March 1. They haven’t seen each other since then. There have been issues in their relationship for a while now.’
The two superstars were last seen looking happy in late February in the Dominican Republic where Jen is shooting her film Shotgun Wedding with fellow actor Josh Duhamel.
