Katie Holmes treats herself to ‘me time’ as she goes shopping

She is often seen in the company of her dashing new boyfriend, Emilio Vitolo.  

But Katie Holmes enjoyed a moment of ‘me time’ as she went shopping and grabbed a cup of coffee in New York City on Monday.

The actress, 42, was spotted walking across the street with multiple shopping bags and an energizing cup of Joe in hand.

Katie glanced over her shoulder as she safely strolled through the crosswalk wearing chic black loafers.

The star braved the chilly Big Apple temperatures with a black coat and white sweater tied around her shoulders.

She finished off the look with casual, light blue jeans and comfortable black socks.

Before her shopping trip, Katie was spotted trekking through the big city with her hands plunged into her pockets in an effort to block out the chill.

Her white face mask, worn to slow the spread of COVID, certainly must have helped her stay a little warm.

While she may have been alone during her walk, that doesn’t mean she wasn’t without a little company.

At one point, she was spotted chatting away on her phone.

Despite enjoying some time on her own, no doubt Katie will be back in the arms of her boyfriend Emilio in no time.

The couple of five months have been spending a lot of time with each other as of late, with Emilio even making the relationship Instagram official on her birthday.

Merging their circles in recent months, Emilio reportedly ‘adores’ her daughter Suri Cruise, 14, and Katie has been spotted dining at his Italian restaurant with Vitolo’s father.

‘Katie and Emilo have been inseparable since they officially became a couple,’ a source previously told ET Online. ‘He adores Suri and they get along great, but Katie has always been really good about ensuring she and Suri continue to have a lot of quality time just the two of them.’
