Kylie Jenner is granted a restraining order against the man who broke into her gated community

Kylie Jenner is granted a protective restraining order against the man who broke into a nearby mansion in her gated community three weeks ago

  • The reality superstar, 23, filed the request for a restraining order against Justin Bergquist on December 4th
  • Legal documents stipulate that Bergquist broke in to a nearby house in Jenner’s Hidden Hills community last month, fleeing on foot when he was spotted
  • Later, when he returned to the gated community in his car, he told security he was there to meet Kylie
  • The restraining order requires Bergquist to remain at least 100 yards away from the beauty mogul at all times

Kylie Jenner has received the court protection she was seeking against a man who allegedly broke into a nearby house in her Hidden Hills, California gated community earlier this month.

Jenner, 23, was granted a protective order against Justin Bergquist on Wednesday, TMZ reported.

According to legal documents, Kylie claims Bergquist has been tracking her after the man reportedly broke into a nearby home last month, ran away once spotted, and then returned to the area in his car later on.

The complaint details that the man apparently traveled all the way from North Dakota, and told private security he was in the area to ‘meet’ her.

Kylie filed the request for the restraining order a little over three weeks ago.

Now that it’s granted, Bergquist must stay a minimum of 100 yards away from the Kylie Skin entrepreneur at all times.

At the time of his break in, the man was arrested for burglary and trespassing and court records show he’s due in court next month after pleading not guilty to the burglary charge.

While Justin‘s attempt to break in last month caused Kylie to take the legal move, it is not the first time a stalker has tried to gain access to the star.

Last year, a man was caught prowling the grounds of Kylie’s $12 million Hidden Hills home, and snooping around the BBQ area around 5 am – possibly looking for a key.

When his search proved to be unsuccessful the man then fled to the nearby property of Kylie’s sister Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West.

He eventually escaped after breaking into some mailboxes and being spotted by security.

In addition to her Hidden Hills home, Kylie also has a $36.5 million resort style complex in Holmby Hills as well as a $13.5 million Beverly Hills property.
