Founded by entrepreneur Rob Lewis, it has hired brokers at Canaccord Genuity ahead of a potential flotation next year, The Mail on Sunday can reveal.

Minogue will front adverts for Roxi’s service on more than 100 TV channels from tomorrow to coincide with her new album’s release.

Other big name backers are singer Sheryl Crow, ex-McLaren boss Ron Dennis, Saracens rugby club owner Nigel Wray and U2’s former manager Paul McGuinness, as well as Universal, Warner and Sony.

It could be one of Britain’s biggest technology flotations next year as lockdown stokes demand.
