Lisa Wilkinson has replaced her beloved sunhat after a tragedy claimed her beloved favourite one.
On Saturday, The Project host modelled her new accessory as she posed in a stunning blue dress in a retro silhouette.
In a photo shared to Instagram, the 61-year-old raised her face to the sun and beamed as she leaned on the railing of a balcony.

Lisa wrote in the caption: ‘Yippeeee!!! When the sun arrives on the same day your replacement sunhat does too. My other one, as you know, was lost to Sydney Harbour forever.
‘That one travelled with me absolutely everywhere for years… so who knows, it may be halfway to Italy by now!
‘I’ve told this new one we won’t be travelling quite so far for the foreseeable future though… and that’s absolutely fine with both of us.’

Last month, the TV host revealed how she was forced to part ways with the earlier cherished possession while relaxing on a yacht on Sydney Harbour.
In an Instagram post, she told fans how the hat she has worn on holidays for years was whisked away by the wind, just moments after her photo was taken.

‘PS. Sadly, seconds after this was taken my favourite hat (the one I’ve been taking on holidays for years) was whisked away by the wind and disappeared into Sydney Harbour,’ she continued.
‘We tried to grab it (much to the amusement of everyone watching), but boat traffic made it impossible. So if anyone finds it, enjoy!! She’s been everywhere with me, she even floats, so she’s out there somewhere.’
