She added a delicate touch with a gold necklace as she peered down at the water from a beach rock.

Lydia also shared a sweet video of Loretta, 14 months, at their new gym, David Lloyd in Chigwell, as they checked out the facilities.

She typed: ‘I think she is going to like it here. Our new gym has a soft play.’

Last month, single mum Lydia held back tears as she admitted she’s ‘absolutely exhausted’ and doesn’t always have ‘all her s**t together.’

The former TOWIE star told her Instagram followers that she’s turned to her mum Debbie, 56, for help with her daughter Loretta so that she can have ‘a break’.

Speaking directly to camera, Lydia said: ‘I’m absolutely exhausted today, in case you can’t tell… Look at my skin as well’ as she showed off a breakout.

‘Loretta was up all night last night for some reason. She has has one hour’s sleep time today, nap time. She’s so hyperactive.

‘Mother nature has made her monthly visit – I don’t know if this is too much information…

‘And, I’ve been working all day, and being a mum, and I am just exhausted,’ continued the reality star.

Welling up, and holding back tears, Lydia admitted: ‘I know sometimes it looks like I’ve got all my s**t together on my Stories, but I am tired… I’m really, really tired, and I don’t always have all my s**t together.

‘I’ve currently come around to Debbie’s house. I’m in her bed while she’s taken Loretta for a walk to the park, because I need a break.’

After composing herself, the TOWIE star returned to assure her followers that she’s happy being a mum, but just wanted more time to juggle everything.

She said: ‘Last thing, I feel like I’m really, really ranting and I just wanna point out that I absolutely love being a mum – it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I just wish I had a little bit more time.

‘Do any of you mums sit there sometimes and think: ‘what on earth did I do with all of my spare time before I had a child? Because nowadays I don’t even have time to go to the toilet.’
