And on Monday, the 36-year-old proved he was back hard at it when he showed himself pumping iron at the gym.
Taking to Instagram, Dino flaunted his bulging biceps in a black singlet and a pair of blue boardshorts which barely went over his thighs.

The Perth-based hunk looked completely unrecognisable thanks to his thick and bushy beard and bulky physique. So much so, fans even questioned if it was him.

In the first image, Dino smiles for the camera for his official promotional photo for Married At First Sight.
In the second picture, the reality star’s chiselled good looks were enhanced with his generous facial fuzz.

Sporting bulging biceps, it’s clear Dino has been hitting the gym hard since appearing on the reality show nearly two years prior.
In a new interview, the hunk likened his new look to his ‘patience’ on Married At First Sight.
He told The Wash: ‘People got to see my patience at the MAFS dinner parties but having a beard now is the ultimate proof of patience.
‘A man with no moustache or beard is like a woman with a moustache or beard.’
