He’s the former Married At First Sight star with a knack for self-publicity.

And Nasser Sultan is now campaigning to become Australia’s next Bachelor.

Posting a clip to Instagram on Tuesday, the 52-year-old explained why he should be the Bachelor and asked his followers for their support.

‘I have decided to put myself forward to be the first multi-cultural, Arabic-speaking, Mediterranean-looking Bachelor for 2021,’ he said. 

‘I feel we need a change and I am that change, so I need your support.’  

Nasser wore a red T-shirt and held a wine glass, which he raised as a toast to his fans at the end of the video.

He also shared two mocked-up posters featured himself in a Bachelor-style suit.  

It comes after Nasser landed a new television gig which will see the controversial reality star host his own talk show called Dab or Fab!

While it’s unclear if the show will be picked up by an Australian TV network, Nasser tells Daily Mail Australia his program ‘will air in Belgium, Italy and the UK’.

The new series will see Nasser join two co-hosts each week while they discuss and debate trending topics.

He was paired with Gabrielle Bartlett on Married At First Sight in 2018.
