Former Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis reveals the one cosmetic surgery procedure she wishes she NEVER had done

She’s the stunning Married At First Sight star who has gone on to have a thriving career as an Instagram influencer.

Now Martha Kalifatidis has revealed the one thing she wishes she never had done.

During an Instagram Q&A on Tuesday, the 31-year-old was asked whether she had any ‘regrets’ about her cosmetic procedures.

‘I don’t have any regrets but if I knew then what I knew now, I probably wouldn’t get my nose done,’ Martha said.

She added: ‘I feel like my old nose had an ethnic vibe and it was unique and now I just look like everyone else.’

She has previously admitted her nose was her ‘biggest insecurity’ before getting a rhinoplasty at the age of 22, and once compared herself pre-surgery to Shrek.

Martha has made no secret of her plastic surgery transformation.

She told NW magazine last year: ‘I don’t have fillers in my lips – but I do have them in other places on my face. And I’ve had my boobs done.’

‘I do Botox but I like to keep it really understated and natural, so I don’t like to look like I’ve had anything done. If you can tell you’ve had it done, then it’s gone wrong,’ she added.

At the time, Martha planned on continuing her cosmetic enhancement journey after having children.

Martha now makes a lucrative career as an Instagram influencer, boasting 330,000 followers and 1.6 million views on her YouTube channel.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia earlier this month, Martha said ‘never in her wildest dreams’ did she believe that creating sponsored posts at home would become her full-time job and has expressed her surprise at how financially viable it is.

Although Martha did not reveal the exact figure she charges for branded content, it’s estimated she makes anything up to $3,000 for a single sponsored selfie.

Some brands likely pay even more for multi-post deals, or to exclusively sign Martha up as the face of their campaigns across different platforms.

When asked how she’s spending her impressive earnings, the reality star explained that she’s investing it all into her own top secret business venture.

‘I’m working on something of my own. It’s going to take a while. This is a stepping stone right now. It’s opened so many doors for me,’ said the aspiring entrepreneur.
