Maura Higgins gets ‘dolled up for the park’ as she puts on a leggy display while perching on a bench

Maura Higgins got all dolled up on Thursday – for a trip to the local park bench.

The reality personality, 30, posted a pair of snaps to Instagram as she perched outside in a leggy dress, flaunting her toned pins despite the chilly UK climes.

In stark contrast to her recent break to Dubai, Maura wrapped up against the winter chill in a wool mini-dress with a plunging V-shape front. 

She added black leather boots and a fur coat to the look, tying a TSL purse around her waist.

She added a jaunty leather baker boy hat to the look and looked coyly at the camera.

She wore her chestnut locks sleekly around her shoulders and boasted a flawless wash of make-up.

Referencing the current lockdown, Maura captioned this: ‘Getting dolled up for the park bench now, wbu?’ 

In a previous post, Maura joked she ‘looked about 15’ as she took to her Stories on Tuesday to share a make-up free selfie. 

The Love Island star showed off her flawless complexion in the snap and wrote: ‘Genuinely look about 15 with no make-up on’.

Maura showed off her Irish fair complexion in the snaps, with the star usually sporting a heavy bronzed look. 

The television personality also showed off her naturally curly hair and wrote: ‘Longest I’ve been without my hair extensions!’.  

The snaps come after Maura admitted she didn’t fancy boyfriend Chris Taylor ‘at all’ during the 2019 series of Love Island and says they barely kissed before making their shock romance official.

The Irish star claimed her mother was the only person who predicted her relationship with Chris, 30, despite speculation they had kept things secret for months.

In an exclusive interview with MailOnline, Maura revealed she eventually fell for the tattooed Harry Potter fan after being ‘attracted to their friendship.’ 

Speaking about her new relationship for the first time, she said: ‘It happened so quick between us.  

‘Obviously there was a lot of press about us for so long but we were genuinely just friends, nothing had ever happened – we hadn’t even kissed. I started going on dates again and everything. 

‘Chris and I never believed it would progress into something more than just a friendship. But now looking at it, friendship is a good foundation to a relationship and it just seems to work.

‘I honestly never thought Chris was into me at all. I even asked him “did you fancy me in Love Island or what’s the story?” He said he did but when he asked me I told him “no I didn’t fancy you at all!”

When Chris and I were just friends Mammy was always saying to me “the man for you is right in front of you and you haven’t clocked on yet.”
