Kim Kardashian has been urged to break ties with a doctor featured on Keeping Up With The Kardashians after he was accused of using his own sperm to impregnate a patient.
Beverly Willhelm, from San Diego, says the reality show ‘put its very public seal of approval on a predator’ when it featured Dr. Phillip Milgram on October 1.
In a lawsuit Willhelm accuses Dr Milgram of using his own sperm ‘without my consent and against my wishes’ to impregnate her with son Jimmy Mallus, now 32.
He is said to have told Beverly and her ex-husband ‘he would use the sperm of an anonymous donor’. A 23andMe DNA test given to Jimmy years later revealed Milgram had used his own sperm, according to the suit.
Willhelm told The Daily Beast: ‘I am asking her to disassociate herself and Keeping Up With the Kardashians from the doctor who violated me and committed fertility fraud on my family.’

Dr Milgram’s lawyer, David Rosenberg, told NBC7 last month when the lawsuit was first filed: ‘At this point, it’s under litigation. There’s no comment until we get a chance to do discovery.
‘These are serious allegations, I don’t know the veracity of truth to any of them. We’re going to be diligent and thorough in our defense and try to sort out what the truth is.’ DailyMail.com has contacted Dr Milgram’s office for comment.
An E! spokesman told The Daily Beast: ‘Dr. Milgram’s appearance has been removed from all future airings of this ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ episode.’
In the show Scott Disick visited Dr Milgram after revealing to the Kardashians: ‘Lately, I’ve just had no energy to do anything. Like I wake up, and I’m just shot.’
At Kim’s urging, he called his doctor’s office, concerned that perhaps either the drugs and partying of his past had taken a toll on him that couldn’t be repaired, or something worse was wrong.
Asked by Dr. Milgram whether he had a lot of stress in his life, Scott acknowledged that he had, noting that he had lost both of his parents and gone to rehab.
‘When you use drugs or you have stress in your life, or you have medical problems… you need NAD to repair that,’ Phillip told him. ‘You need to refill your swimming pool.’
Willhelm said of the appearance: ‘When I heard about this my blood ran cold.
‘The good news for Kim Kardashian is that Dr. Milgram was not her fertility doctor. The bad news for Ms. Kardashian is that her popular reality-television program put its very public seal of approval on a predator.’
Asked by NAD expert Dr. Phillip Milgram whether he had a lot of stress in his life, Scott acknowledged that he had, noting that he had lost both of his parents and gone to rehab
She added: ‘Today, my son is traumatized. He is experiencing significant emotional distress and confusion about his identity. He now is forever linked to a biological sperm donor who violated his own mother.
‘I hope she will listen to this plea from another mother who now finds her story being known so publicly. I am asking that Kim do the right thing and step back from any kind of perceived endorsement of Dr. Phillip Milgram.’
The lawsuit also alleges Dr. Milgram ‘was actively abusing narcotic drugs’ when he allegedly used his sperm to impregnate Beverly.
Son Mallus said: ‘I expected to learn something new and exciting about who I am when I took this test. But instead, I learned something that’s revolting.’
An E! spokesman told The Daily Beast: ‘Dr. Milgram’s appearance has been removed from all future airings of this ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ episode’
Writing to the show’s producers her attorney, Adam Wolf, said: ‘Obviously, I know that neither Kim Kardashian nor anyone associated with Keeping Up With the Kardashians would knowingly promote the services of someone with the background of Dr. Milgram.
‘I am well aware you would not intentionally tout as a medical expert and implicitly endorse someone like Dr. Milgram.
‘More specifically, I do not think that someone of Ms. Kardashian’s demonstrated leadership on fertility issues would cast a positive spotlight on a medical professional currently being sued for fertility fraud.’
