Gossip Girl stars Emily Alyn Lind, Evan Mock and Whitney Peak are seen shooting the continuation series at the Museum Of New York City
The production team of Gossip Girl has taken to filming in some interesting locations.
On Tuesday, multiple cast members of the upcoming continuation series were seen shooting a scene at the Museum Of New York City in Uptown Manhattan.
Some of the actors and actresses in attendance were Evan Mock, Jordan Alexander, Savanah Lee Smith, Emily Alyn Lind, Eli Brown, Zion Moreno, and Whitney Peak.

In one of the shots, a number of the cast-mates were seen staring down at Whitney Peak, who was under dressed in a hoodie, skirt, and boots as compared to the rest of the cast members.
In another set of photos, Emily Alyn Lind and Evan Mock were seen enjoying themselves; Lind opted for a light pink sweater and small turquoise purse.
Mock kept it casual in a pair of baggy chinos and a striped sweater on top of an untucked shirt and tie.
Savannah Lee Smith and Zion Moreno were spotted applying some makeup to Jordan Alexander, who was dressed in an oversized black jacket with a skirt underneath, thigh-high boots, and a wraparound fanny pack.

Hanging out: Emily Alyn Lind and Evan Mock were seen sharing a balcony for a scene
Stark contrast: Mock’s dyed pink hair stood out from the comparatively posh costume that was given to Lind
Moreno wore a beige cardigan sweater over a white shirt and small black skirt; she kept her hair in a partial bun and let the sides hang down.
Smith kept her hair tied back in a long ponytail and was dressed in a black sweater with striped cuffs and a white turtleneck sweater, which she paired with a patterned purse.
The three were also seen smiling and joking around, presumably when the cameras were turned off.
Thomas Doherty gave off an air of prestige as he gazed into the distance from one of the Museum’s balconies; the actor was costumed in dark sports coat, khaki pants, and a shirt with a striped tie.

The upcoming series is set to debut on HBO Max sometime in 2021 and features the involvement of much of the same development team for the original series.
While the new season of the show will not immediately feature the characters from the previous ones and place an emphasis on the new cast, the show’s creators have stated that they will be free to reference and possibly bring back old favorites.
One past cast member who has been confirmed to return is Kristin Bell, who will reprise her role as the eponymous Gossip Girl, the omniscient narrator for the series.
Filming for the series was originally slated to begin in March, but was ultimately pushed back due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
