This is the hilarious moment a cheeky husky puppy gets caught blue handed after eating her owner’s blue hair dye and dying her tongue.

When Yuna’s owner, Anastasia Black, 23, from Plymouth, Devon, went to bed she was not expecting to wake up to a blue dog.

Ms Black left her box dye in the bathroom, and instead of sleeping soundly, young Yuna decided to reach for the box from the shelf.

Footage of Yuna filmed after the incident shows her white and brown fur covered in bright blue dye.

When Yuna sticks out her long tongue to yawn it is also completely covered in the electric blue dye.

Ms Black can be heard saying, ‘Why did you do that?’ to the mischievous dog.

Fortunately the dye was vegetable based rather than containing lots of chemicals so Yuna hasn’t suffered any bad reactions, although the poor dog does still have patches of blue fur where the dye is yet to come out.

Anastasia said: ‘She reached the hair dye bottle off the shelf during the night.

‘As soon as I saw her I had a heart attack and was so worried about her health.

‘I called the vets, thankfully the dye was vegetable based and had no crazy chemicals in. She didn’t have enough to cause any problems.

‘I gave her a bath and she is still blue, but it will eventually come off naturally.

‘She’s still a happy, healthy and mischievous puppy. She seems to cause trouble but I couldn’t love her any more.’
