She caused a stir over the weekend when fans began speculating on social media that she was pregnant again during her WrestleMania 37 appearance.
But Nikki Bella shot down the rumors on Tuesday when she commented on her own Instagram post and attributed her tummy to her being ‘bloated.’
The 37-year-old Total Bellas star made a surprise appearance at WrestleMania with her twin sister Brie Bella in which they slapped down their fellow wrestler Bayley before tossing her down a ramp.

Nikki shared some photos from the evening to Instagram highlighting the confrontation and her red sequined tank top and black vinyl pants.
But some fans wondered aloud in the comments if baby number two might be on the way.
Nikki was quick to clear up that she wasn’t expecting her second child at the moment.
‘No lol. My dress was baggy and with the number placement and being super bloated from travel and hormones (milk is coming to an end) I totally look it,’ she replied. ‘It is what it is lol. Had abs in the day and a little bell at night. #momlife.’

‘So a lot of people have asked me this since the weekend,’ she wrote, adding that it ‘sucks lol.’
She attributed her curves at WrestleMania to ‘hormones, body changes and holding 8 pounds of water weight.’
‘Today back to normal!!’ she added triumphantly.

‘Artem really wants a little girl, but I just don’t know if I could do it again,’ she said. ‘Artem and I talk about living in Paris for, like, three months or, like, he may go do some theater stuff in London. And so, with just Matteo, it’s easy for us to just move around if we want to. So, I like that.’

‘I have such a battle in my head, because I would want to wait and then I’m like, “OK, so I’m closer to 40. How’s that going to be?”‘ she continued.
‘And then I’m like, “No, no, no. I’m just going to have Matteo” … but it’s like, now that I have Matteo, I want to give him a sibling.’
Regardless of what she decides to do, Nikki showed she was committed to putting on more muscle and shedding the pounds as she had a heavy-duty garage workout on Tuesday with her sister Brie Bella.
