The stunning North Curl Curl mansion built by Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall is back on the market – and it’s expected to sell for $8million

The impressive oceanfront mansion built by former Miss Universe Jennifer Hawkins and her builder husband Jake Wall more than a decade ago is back on the market.

The three-storey home, in the exclusive gated community of Windy Dropdown in North Curl Curl on Sydney Northern Beaches, is expected to sell for up to $8million.

‘We are looking for buyer feedback from our first inspection Saturday, as a general guide we feel that it will be $8million,’ real estate agent Phillip Wright told The Australian.

The property was a labour of love for the former beauty queen, who bought the block with Jake in 2009 for $1.1million.

The couple worked with architect Koichi Takada over three years to create a stunning home that complemented its surroundings.

The ground floor features a bright and airy foyer with a tucked-away laundry room, a dedicated media room, and a four-car garage.

Outside is a lap pool and a well-manicured garden.

The current owners purchased the home from mining CEO Elizabeth Gaines and her husband Kevin Manuel for $5.2million in 2017.

Ms Gaines and Mr Manuel had bought it from Jennifer and Jake for $4.1million in 2014.

The property-developing couple have amassed an impressive real estate portfolio that has taken their net worth to more than $60million, according to New Idea.

Perhaps their most impressive sale came in June last year, when Jennifer and Jake sold their Newport mansion, known as Casa Paloma, for a record $24.5million.

Their most recent purchase is a $6.9million pad on the Northern Beaches, which they plan to turn into a modern estate with designer gardens, an infinity pool and a four-car garage.
