NRL’s night of nights, the Dally M Awards, did not feature WAGs on Monday night due to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

However, that didn’t stop Zoe Marshall from reminiscing about last year’s ceremony, sharing a flashback video from the event. 

The 36-year-old TV presenter posted footage of herself and husband Benji Marshall, 35, posing on the 2019 red carpet.

‘Red carpet antics a year ago with @benji6marshall #dallym,’ she captioned the clip.

In the video, Zoe poses on the red carpet in a bright sequinned gown with a fur shawl over her shoulders.   

The former Wests Tigers player played the role of doting husband, primping Zoe’s dress and sweeping her hair behind her head.

It comes after, Zoe revealed her struggles with anxiety in an Instagram post marking R U OK? Day last month. 

The mother of one shared a black-and-white photo of herself crying, admitting she’d been at ‘breaking point’ and ‘miserable’ earlier this year. 

‘This picture was taken in one of the best/worst weeks I’ve had this year,’ Zoe explained.

‘I was at breaking point. I was burnt out, being incredibly triggered by something outside of my control and was suffering with circumstantial anxiety. I was miserable.’

The media personality revealed that she was seeking help from a therapist, lawyer and acupuncturist.

‘I have the best therapist in the world. And one night I just cried and cried, she held that space and reframed some past trauma for me,’ she continued.

Zoe then urged her followers to talk to others if they need help, adding: ‘We are all human. We all struggle and we all have blissful days. It’s just about knowing how to feel supported through them all.’
