Olivia Attwood cuts a casual figure as she sips coffee on an afternoon walk

She recently revealed that she has successfully battled both coronavirus and the H1N1 virus, commonly called swine flu.

But Olivia Attwood seemed to be in good spirits as she headed out for a takeaway coffee in Castlefield, Manchester, on Saturday afternoon.

The former Love Island star, 29, cut a casual figure in black sports leggings and a vibrant coral oversized jumper as she stepped out for a quick stroll.

She protected herself from the icy winter weather with a long black jacket and stylish knee-high wellington boots.

Olivia could be seen chatting to somebody on the phone as she strutted down a cobbled walkway, warming herself up with a takeaway coffee.

She tucked her golden tresses under a black cap while letting her lengthy locks cascade in a natural wave across her shoulders.

The reality TV star added some glamour to her comfortable attire with a full-coverage make-up palette.

Her outing comes soon after she revealed that she has successfully battled both the novel coronavirus and the H1N1 virus, commonly called swine flu.

Taking to her Instagram Stories on New Year’s Day, she told followers that her best friend was hospitalised after they contracted swine flu while on holiday in Cyprus, while she also managed to ‘survive Covid’.

‘Girls, Thomas Cook said don’t go, we were like, “No, it’ll be fine”. We pretty much all caught swine flu,’ she explained.

‘My best friend was hospitalised in Cyprus for like two weeks, we had to leave her and her dad had to come out and look after her.

‘It was not fun, so I can say that I’ve survived Covid and swine flu. I dunno if that looks bad on me or good on me.’

Swine flu is a relatively new strain of an influenza virus that originated in pigs, but is primary spread from person to person.

Much like COVID-19 today, H1N1 dominated headlines back in 2009, when it was first discovered in humans and spread to the rate of becoming a pandemic.

As many of reality stars bent Tier 4 lockdown rules to crowd the Dubai beaches over Christmas, Olivia took a cheeky swipe at them in a hilarious festive Instagram post.

The TV personality was asked whether she had any plans to travel to the UAE over the festive period, and in a cutting response said she’d rather ‘stick pins in her eyes’.

During a Q&A with her fans, Olivia was asked why she wasn’t spending Christmas in Dubai like ‘everyone else’.

She wrote: ‘Well… I love Dubai… love love love it, hence why we got engaged there.

‘But… it feels like the whole of the UK is there right now and I’d quite frankly rather stick pins in my eyes. Am missing my girls though xx.’

Elsewhere, Olivia has been keeping fans abreast of her wedding preparations on new reality show Olivia Meets Her Match, ahead of her lavish nuptials with fiancé Bradley Dack.

In one episode, the reality star revealed to a stunned Bradley, 27, that she’s planning on splashing an eye-watering £200,000 on the wedding.

The bride-to-be joked that she could buy a Lamborghini for the price of their lavish nuptials, with Bradley none too impressed that Olivia had gone way over budget.

Speaking to the camera, Olivia remarked: ‘If I sit and think about the fact I could have a brand new Lamborghini for the cost of this wedding, then I could just cancel this wedding right now.

‘But you can’t think like that because… memories are priceless and all that s***.’

When her ITVBe show debuted last month, Olivia was also seen trying on a range of wedding dresses in preparation for her big day.
