‘I didn’t have a break at all last summer – I used my holiday time away from co-hosting The Project to make How to Stay Married, and I was loving it,’ he said.

But in the final week of shooting Peter revealed that the stress of doing so much caught up with him.

‘I started having body tremors, which isn’t a new thing for me – it feels like you’re holding a lawn mower with one hand.’

Peter said the tremors lasted for ‘about six weeks’ and he still doesn’t know what causes them.

‘When I was younger I had a lot of tests done to try and work it out,’ he added.

In the meantime Peter said that the COVID-19 pandemic has enabled him to slow down and ‘be a bit more present’.
